Information before ordering an Amigo Classic

During the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, our supplier was no longer able to provide us with wooden frames. We therefore delivered the Amigo Classic with a shock-proof, non-slip, washable and removable protective cover, which proved to be well appreciated by its users. In light of this success, the Amigo tablet will now be offered with this protective cover as standard, unless a specific request is made by e-mail for the version with a wooden frame (for an extra charge of 40 CHF).

If you wish to order an Amigo Tablet, Classic or Connect, and connect it to the Internet using a data SIM card, please order the standard tablet. Then e-mail us asking for the tablet with the SIM-card slot option to be added to your order. The additional cost is 50 CHF.

Regarding the SIM-card itself, you have 2 options:

1. You obtain it from one of the mobile phone operators. Format information can be found here.
2. Or you order ours, for a price of 12 CHF per month and the activation fee (one-time cost) is CHF 20. Details here.
